Katalina has trained under a Master Cannabis Farmer, toured various farms & has worked as a Budtender for three years during which she joined the dispensary’s hiring committee & initiated then led community outreach projects. She has immersed herself into the world of cannabis through the lens of Growers, Community Leaders, Advocates, Budtenders, Patients, Dispensary Managers, Community Impact Coordinators, Legislative Activists & more.
“I love watching her work as she is so dedicated to every part of it. She has this light that radiates out to everyone through all her compassion she shared for the collective. She is the first to offer to help and do something impactful in the shop or outside of it. Her community outreach is incredible.” Dispensary Manager Team (Review of Katalina as a Budtender)

WHAT DOES BEING HUMAN MEAN TO YOU?
”It means we are souls having human experiences that change and evolve the way we answer this very question day to day. Our answers are a reflection of who we are, where we are & how we are. That insight can be powerful - worth exploring regularly. That’s why we’re asking this question around the world.” (Katalina)
