An essential part of Safe Spaces includes keeping the lines of communication open. We’re here to listen.

Step 1. Sign the Pledge

Pledge to embody “business practices that take responsibility for a company’s impact on social well-being” (NAMI). We have signed as individuals & as an organization.

Status: Complete (2021)

Step 2. Outline Current Practices

Collect all policies and practices already in place to be evaluated during policy review.

Status: Complete


Step 3. Internal Policy Review

Evaluate the Operating Agreement and other facets to ensure the foundational policies and culture are consistent with being #StigmaFree; update as needed.

Status: Complete

Step 4. External Policy Review

Evaluation will be conducted by a Facilitator of NAMI’s educational programming. A secondary external review will be conducted by a 3rd party not affiliated with NAMI.

Step 5. Community Review

Invite community feedback (including but not limited to practices, policies, procedures and updates). Our team will maintain our open form for community feedback — available here.

Status: Complete

Step 6. Revisit Annual Update

Repeat steps 2-5. The annual revaluation takes place in the first quarter of every year.
